Prenatal Yoga: Pregnancy is a time for nurturing, slowing down and taking care of yourself and your baby. Join other pregnant women in a calm, peaceful environment as you prepare yourself for childbirth with safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your body and mind.

Times: Tuesdays from 12:00 noon - 1:00 pm

Mommy and Me Yoga: Mommy and me yoga increases your vitality, gets you back in shape and is lots of fun for you and your baby or toddler up to 18 months. Join other moms as you and your baby exercise, relax, dance and rejoice together!

Times: Tuesdays from 10:00 - 11:15am or from 2:45 - 4:00pm

All classes are appropriate for both new and experienced yoga students. Trial class is free.
