Faciliator Leslie Kuster holds her Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work and is a Certified Practitioner. She specializes in working with pre-adolescents, adolescents, and families in both group and individual clinical work.

THE KIDS' KLUB in LUGANO The “Little Graduate” is an English interactive course for children ages 3 to 11. Mother tongue teachers at Kids' Klub will introduce games, songs and activities adequate for the children's age and development stage. The goal is to get them involved directly in the learning process. Fun and games are a useful tool to learn a language as they provide rules and feedback from the children. Unlike adults, children have no inhibitions as they learn another language and they benefit from numerous advantages to their emotional state. To learn a new language means that the children will be in contact with different cultures which encourages them to find new ways of thinking and doing things.

We have started up a group called "Young-in-Bern" for teens and twens - for approx. ages of 15 to 25 - in and around Berne, Switzerland is a forum to organise and inform about activities. You can join Young-in-Bern for free by subscribing to yahoo groups. It's not just for English speakers - any language is ok - of course many of our friends speak Swiss-German and other languages.
Our aims are to have an open dialog independent of nationality and religion, and to encourage integration into Switzerland and interaction with the whole world.
We plan an activity each month, maybe more over the summer.
