CTC is a Contract Research Organisation (CRO) and staffing agency, servicing the local pharmaceutical industry. By providing contracted resources, we assist our clients with the staffing needs of their clinical project teams, which are responsible for all aspects of conducting and managing clinical studies. Such studies are part of the development process of a pharmaceutical product.

We provide our services mainly through having our CTC employees work “on site” with our clients. We also assist our clients with identifying candidates for permanent positions as employees of our clients.

In addition, CTC also organise professional training courses, with external guest speakers. These course are not only for its own employees, but are also open for external people.

We currently have a number of openings for specific pharmaceutical positions, such as Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Research Scientists and Global Clinical Study Managers, but also more general positions, such as secretaries and helpdesk support.
