Heart of Inspiration Today stress is becoming a bigger and bigger issue in our society. In Switzerland, at least 26% of people experience stress often or very often each year. Moreover, stress is a big reason why workers are on long-term disability. Stress has not only has a big impact on the Swiss economy, but also on our health. Stress impacts not only our mind, but our body. One of the ways that you can reduce the level of stress you experience is by becoming happier. When we work to become happier we build up our mental and physical immune systems so that our mind and body becomes more resilient to the effects of stress. We become stronger and healthier.
