Is there a big single expat crowd in Switzerland?

Very big, particularly in Geneva and Zurich.

What kind of clubs/opportunities are out there for singles?

Loads of them are mentioned in my article "Love, Inc" in the February 2006 issue of SwissNews. But one of the most interesting things I learned from writing the piece is that people who believed in themselves and exuded that joyfully to others, met so many interesting people all the time, everywhere - regardless of age, figure, or other things that sometimes make people feel disadvantaged when looking for potential mates. In a totally natural way their every breathing moment is an opportunity.
