Now offering, on the shores of Lake Lucerne, intimate, fun & hands-on recreational cooking classes designed for the Home Chef.
This series introduces you to classic cooking techniques, ingredients and recipes. Learn how to shop so you ensure always having the makings of a great dinner on hand, how to plan for meals on hectic nights, and how to use basic recipe concepts to make endless variations- so you never again feel like you eat the same couple of meals every week. You'll master meat, poultry and fish preparation as well as versatile cooking methods such as sauteing, roasting, frying and more. You'll also learn to coordinate timing, so side dishes and entrées are all on the table together.

The main emphasis of this special cooking course is on team spirit and experiencing things together in an extraordinary location. In the cooking studio "Atelier" at the Zurich Marriott Hotel, you learn how to prepare delicious meals.

In small groups, under the expert guidance of a chef from the Zurich Marriott Hotel, you whip a 5-course gourmet menu. Subsequently, you eat the prepared dishes together and enjoy a good wine with it. Depending on the participants' requirements, chefs specialised in Thai, Swiss or international cuisine are in charge of the evening. They reveal some tricks of the trade and give tips on how to ensure that the menu can be perfectly recreated at home later on.

Guests receive a folder with menu, recipes and certificate, nice apron and a
