First Aid courses available both in German and English in Zurich-Altstetten, valid for Swiss driver license of all categories (A/A1/B etc)but also for sailing certification etc.

We are certified by SSK (Schweizerisches Sanitätskorps) and our courses include a basic introduction of CPR and the use of a defibrillation device according to the new guidelines of the ASTRA (Swiss department of traffic).

The course costs are currently CHF 105.- per person and include the fee for the certification card.

HEALTHY AND SAFE AWAY FROM HOME is a small, private health coaching company offering a wide variety of First Aid and health courses and presentations including the Nothelfer-Kurs for the Swiss driver's license. All courses are be conducted in English and can also be offered in German.

Founder and presenter Luitgard Holzleg is a medical graduate and has a more than 10 year experience of offering health coaching. She works in co-operation with “The New Stork Times”, an English parenting publication in Switzerland. She trains teaching staff of international and bilingual schools in first aid.

She offers courses in First Aid, Nothelfer-Kurs (first aid for the Swiss driver's license), First Aid on Children, CPR, Anaphylaxis and EpipenTM Training, Sports First Aid, Baby-sitting and First Aid for Teenagers and a number of health presentations. All courses and presentations can be custom tailored to individual needs.
